How does this work for drivers?
As a driver, you'll be able to pick and choose individual runs that are posted by carriers in your area who need a driver for their truck from your phone. You'll be able to see where it starts, where it's going, how much it pays, how long the shift is, etc.
You do not need your own truck. You would use the equipment of the carrier who placed the order.

How does instant pay work?
