I’m getting an error when hitting “On My Way”

This error means that there is an issue with the carrier's card on file and the funds for your driver pay cannot be verified. Do not continue with the run until the carrier is able to fix the issue and you are able to successfully press the On My Way button. 

The carrier typically fixes this by adding funds to the current card or adding a different card. Give it about 15-20 minutes before pressing the on My Way button again to see if the payment can be verified.
