What is the difference between a Vetted & Unvetted driver?
Vetted means that a drug test was taken during the application process. Being unvetted means that a carrier has to approve you and pay for your drug test before being confirmed for one of their runs.
If you are vetted, the carrier does not have to approve since you already have a drug test on file.
VETTED DRIVER BENEFITS:
- One time drug test good for all carriers on the app
- Instantly approved for all available runs
- Eligible for instant, same-day pay when a run is completed
UNVETTED DRIVERS:
- Requires manual carrier approval for every run you try to accept
- Slower to get runs and start earning
- No access to instant pay
You can always upgrade to a Vetted account if you initially signed up as an Unvetted driver. To upgrade, please contact the support team.
