My password isn’t working / the app won’t let me login
Make sure you’re logging in from your phone using the Relay app, currently only carriers can login to their account from a computer.
If password reset emails aren’t arriving, check spam/junk. If you still need help, email support or submit the Driver Help Form.

How do I get/reset my temporary password?
After signing up, a temporary password is sent by email and text (check spam/junk). You can also tap Forgot Password on the login screen to trigger a email to reset your password. Contact Relay Support

Why don’t I meet carrier qualifications?
